Ratings and reviews

Not very good, a lot of improvements needed. Even once you log in you still have to find your booking no. to see your booked flights. Also when Riyadh Air call you in the UK the number comes up as a spam alert even though it is genuine. I'd like to see the option to download your tickets as a pdf on the app. A lot of catching up to in my humble opinion. kind regards.

The airline is a great startup airline, and I would love to fly with Riyadh Air some time soon. The app experience is great, with many customisation options,a dacent frequent flyer system and a touch of elegance. However, there is one problem. When I signed up for Sfeer, and it asked me to verify my (Australian) phone number, it caused an error when I submitted it. And every time I opened the app, it requested that I verify my phone number, which then caused an error when I submitted it.

App looks nice. I started adding booking to my cart, then I failed to retrieve it back. I also can't complete the saved booking or add any new bookings as my cart is out of service with errors. this happens in boyh app and website. I have contacted supprt and stayed on chat with them for about 30 minues for nothing. they have no solution.
