Love it when you can't even purchase a sandwich because the vending machine's temperature is elevated (on a manufacturing floor, big surprise), but you can't report the issue in the app that already has all the relevant location info and instead you get to play 20 questions on their website after scanning a QR code on the vending door.. Seems like an inefficient way of doing things.

my company just went to this and I love it great new look into break time at work. So I figured id get the app up and running but I can't even create and account because when I try to get the verification code sent to my email it wont send. Its been 4hrs plus an I still havent received an code through email so I just gave up on the busted app

I'm unable to order from the app. I can pay but am unable to order. This is a recent change
