To get started, you'll need to be an existing user of Internet Banking and opt into Mobile Banking in your "Profile" from that system. It's easy to do and only takes seconds. Once you've allowed "Mobile Access" you can begin to login to Mobile Banking from your Mobile Device.

Ratings and reviews

They never show the correct balance; I go to the app and keep track but that's impossible when they never show you the real balance. I have to keep track myself and then they try to charge twice if courtesy fees. I told them not to charge me for courtesy fees because I didn't sign up for that to just decline the transaction and they said okay and this has happened more then once. This app is completely useless and because of the inaccuracy of this app they're taking money I don't have.

Resetting password is a pain. When they send a temp password you are unable to copy just the password but have to copy the whole text. Cannot paste into the system you have to either memorize it or write it down. Hard to do when not having a pen and paper. Frustrating.

I love this application, it always works for me. Your customer service is great specifically the fraud detection department, they do not take any chances. I recently made an online purchase that they didn't notice as a normal purchase for me, so they blocked my account and contacted me within 5 minutes to verify that It was me. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SECURITY. THANK YOU RMLEFCU😊
