Ratings and reviews

They never show the correct balance; I go to the app and keep track but that's impossible when they never show you the real balance. I have to keep track myself and then they try to charge twice if courtesy fees. I told them not to charge me for courtesy fees because I didn't sign up for that to just decline the transaction and they said okay and this has happened more then once. This app is completely useless and because of the inaccuracy of this app they're taking money I don't have.

I love this application, it always works for me. Your customer service is great specifically the fraud detection department, they do not take any chances. I recently made an online purchase that they didn't notice as a normal purchase for me, so they blocked my account and contacted me within 5 minutes to verify that It was me. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SECURITY. THANK YOU RMLEFCU😊

This bank has so many problems to it. The app doesn't work properly and they change things so often it effects pay checks and travel plans and it effects your life. If you want to keep people in your bank make it better! Seriously thanks for ruining my vacation this weekend due to your stupid new system that is messing up everyone's paycheck! Get it fixed!
