About this app

Field Compass is the A2Z Field Services-new mobile app which allows active vendors to be more efficient and improve accuracy by completing & submitting work orders in real time from the field. This app provides ease of navigation over the previous app.

Use Field Compass to:
• Increase efficiency by completing and submitting work orders while at the property
• Improve your vendor score – Photos and property info are requested as you go which reduces the chances of incomplete results or mislabeled photos
• GPS property finder feature – Get directions if you can’t locate a property
• Accept individual work orders
• Receive work notifications
• Assign work orders to sub-contractors

NOTE: Use of this app requires users to have an active vendor account.
Updates include: Improved work flow, more accurate photo requirements, enhanced navigation

Ratings and reviews

The app constantly freezes. After clicking begin work, the page goes white and either stays that way or kicks you out. Unable to access collect info, can't start over. Constant source of anxiety!

Awesome company to work with. Always pay additional fee for travel. Pay is 4 weeks or 30 days out, but excellent direct deposit.

Does not work on iPad. Tried 3 iPads. No customer support number only email ticket
