This time I was unable to do booking through this app as when I had tried to make payment, my mob restarted. And then I booked through another app. One drawback of Roadmaster is that they mention many timings of buses availability but every time they cancel the booking and adjust the passenger in other bus. This time I booked of 5:30 am cruise and after cancellation they adjust us in 12:30 pm cruise. That is not fair at all.

I want to share feedback regarding my recent travel, which was very poor experience. At the 26 No Terminal, Islamabad, there was no proper cleanliness or hygiene. No fans or AC, dirty seating, and the environment was extremely suffocating. The bus was also delayed by around 45–60 minutes, which caused inconvenience. During booking, it was mentioned that drinks and snacks would be provided, but only basic drinks (water/soft drink) were given and no snacks at all.

Worst management ever. My ticket was confirmed and payment was already made, but just 3 hours before departure I received a call saying that the bus would not be operating. If you cannot manage your bus schedule properly, then why do you offer advance ticket bookings in the first place?
