This time I was unable to do booking through this app as when I had tried to make payment, my mob restarted. And then I booked through another app. One drawback of Roadmaster is that they mention many timings of buses availability but every time they cancel the booking and adjust the passenger in other bus. This time I booked of 5:30 am cruise and after cancellation they adjust us in 12:30 pm cruise. That is not fair at all.

Worst management ever. My ticket was confirmed and payment was already made, but just 3 hours before departure I received a call saying that the bus would not be operating. If you cannot manage your bus schedule properly, then why do you offer advance ticket bookings in the first place?

do not use their service. AC DOESN'T WORK. THEY HAVE VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY HAVE UNHYGIENIC TERMINALS. TICKET MENTIONED TERMINAL IS CHANGED WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMER. THEY USUALLY CANCEL SCHEDULED BUS RIDES AT 11TH HOUR. MOREOVER THEY ARE IN HABIT OF CHANGING BUS DEPARTURE TIME MULTIPLE TIMES. SO DON'T USE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY.
