Purchased an e-sim for travel and had it ready to go when I arrived. It seemed like it would be an easy process based on the website and app. I arrived and followed the instructions but it didn't work. Ran through the trouble shooting and finally realized my service provider had my phone "locked" due to being in a contract. I admit some fault in not seeing this information BURIED in the information about device compatibility etc, but it should be made clear in the description. 2 late for refund

I had to contact support to solve the problem and get everything working. Just imagine buying this service to have internet abroad, landing in a foreign country, and finding that your internet doesn’t work. To resolve the issue, you need internet access which you don't have. After that experience, I cannot give 5 stars, even if the network coverage and speed are great.

Could not connect, Notified roafly, they sent me an email to reply to which I did with no response! Could not wait got saily esim connected in 2 minutes! Asked roafly for a refund as I could not use a product I purchased and also got no response back! I do not recommend! EDIT! Response to Roafly below: I put a ticket in with no response, then asked for a refund as I could not use your product, and no response! readers just use saily with no hassle!
