Ratings and reviews

They have better service. Everytime I have placed an order (books, products, etc.), I have got the exact thing with the best quality. Their app's interface is also good. But the implement dark mode on their app, it will be better for lot of people for choosing options between light mode and dark mode.

One thing I find disappointing about Rokomari is that anyone can leave a star rating without actually buying the product. This allows sellers to create multiple accounts and give their own products 5-star ratings, making it difficult to identify genuine customer reviews. Rokomari should pay more attention to this issue.

Your service is excellent. However, I hope to see even better service and more attractive offers in the future. I also hope that you will keep more high-quality products in stock. I have been disappointed with some products I purchased, such as a key ring, a magnifying glass, and rosemary essential oil.
