Ratings and reviews

I’m extremely disappointed with their service. There’s no option to cancel an order even within 5 minutes of placing it, which is completely unreasonable. I emailed them right away, and they replied saying they couldn’t cancel the order and that it would be “automatically cancelled” if I didn’t receive it. However, their delivery person later called and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner — something beyond imagination. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience.

I am giving this review with great disappointment. I had a lot of trust in this platform, but what they did was unacceptable. They took a very long time to deliver the product, and on top of that, the customer care service was also poor. Overall, this is a very bad online shopping platform.

I am using rokomari since 2023 I recently lost my previous account SIM number so I tried to change it but I cannot change the SIM number and I when I order some a book and a pencil refill but when I try to contact the rider the rider wouldn't respond I have call him in so many time more than 10 times but he didn't receive my phone.
