I've been trying to verify my BVN since I opened my account to no avail. After I'm done going through the rigorous exercise of capturing my face (rigorous because I have to scan and scan before the system finally capture my face), the next page (please wait a few minutes...) will load for minutes to hours without any feedback, I end up closing because I have to do other things on my phone. Going through reviews, I discover it's a general issue. I'm disappointed ROQQU team can't solve this issue.

The app looks good, but it has a really annoying payment option called " Raven App," which means you are unable to make payments via the app. The only app that you can use as a payment option is an app that is really useless and unreliable. It takes hours, sometimes days, for your transactions to be completed when you use the app Raven. Please make other payment options for your app. I have also been unable to withdraw funds from Roqqu app for quite some time now.

I personally used the app and although the charges are high, the rates are constantly changing making it almost impossible to withdraw your total balance. My one problem comes to selling coin, I have to try multiple time's before It actually works. And your support team takes hours before giving a response please find a solution to this.
