First, my first transaction was smooth and easy but sometimes the app will just decided not open and even stopped working for some time. For over 6hrs now I have been trying my it doesn't open. And your 2.32 transfer charge is unrealistic and annoying. And work on selling at the price you post.

I signed up for this app last week Thursday and I foolishly funded the account even before verifying. Now even after verification, which I did on Friday and being verified I still can't withdraw my money or use it to trade or anything. The Pop up screen is always saying we're still reviewing your account, check back in 48 hours. It's past 48 hours now and still, nothing! . y'all should fix this issue ASAP. I need my money😏😏

Hello please delete or reset my account, is been a year now , I lost my old phone and can't access authentication app , and I can't even create new one because of matching credentials, or don't you want me to use this app at all, this is poor service, you all being so harsh with the security system, I have been locked out for a year now , please give me a fair and easy means to reset my authenticator app,am sad and angry at the same time ,this is my last vauch on this case am giving just 1 star
