They will contact you if you failed to mark what to do if no product is available. They are very easy to communicate with if there is an issue. If a mistake is made they tend to it immediately. I am very happy with there service.

This app is so simple to use! Groceries are listed both in alphabetical order and aisle by aisle, which makes everything easy to find. All in-store sales are available on the app and all options are listed for each selection made. This is the app that Safeway wishes it had made!!
