About this app

The Inner Work is a guided reflection and self-care app for anyone carrying things they were never supposed to hold all alone.

Built by a writer and researcher navigating her own healing journey, this app bridges the gap between understanding your past and changing your present. Mapping a wound is not the same thing as healing it. Understanding where a pattern comes from does not automatically dissolve it.

What actually helps? Catching yourself in the middle of the pattern and choosing differently.

The Inner Work provides guided audio programs that go with you into your ordinary moments, the quiet mornings before the day starts, or the restless nights when the old thoughts come back. It is a work in progress, built to gently and repeatedly say: you are enough, you are safe, you are allowed to rest.

The Inner Work is for you if you have ever:
✦ Felt guilty for simply having needs
✦ Struggled to ask for help
✦ Minimized your pain because nothing "dramatic" happened
✦ Grown up feeling emotionally isolated
✦ Learned to want less just to avoid disappointment
✦ Wondered why connection feels so complicated

Current programs:
✦ Emotional Neglect: Learning to receive what you deserved all along.

Coming soon:
✦ Attachment & Connection: Navigating the complexities of intimacy.
✦ Early Responsibilities & Over-Functioning: For those who learned to be responsible too early.
✦ Burnout & Survival Fatigue: Finding rest when your nervous system is stuck.
✦ Identity & Belonging: For anyone who has ever felt like they don't quite fit anywhere.

A companion to the memoir Learning to Stay with Myself by Rosh.

Please note: The Inner Work is a self-guided educational tool. It is not a medical app and does not provide clinical therapy or medical diagnoses. These programs are designed to complement, not replace, professional support. If you are in therapy, this work can gently accompany what you are already doing.
