About this app

One roster, every shift, and the people you work them with.

RosterSync brings your work roster to your phone and keeps your team close: see upcoming shifts at a glance, get reminded before each one starts, and talk to colleagues over end-to-end encrypted chat and voice calls.

ROSTER
• All your shifts in one clean calendar, updated automatically
• Shift reminders and optional alarms so an early start never surprises you
• Add manual shifts for anything outside your main roster
• Pay period summaries so you know what a fortnight looks like

TEAM CHAT
• End-to-end encrypted direct messages — only your phones can read them
• Photos and voice notes, sealed the same way
• Delivery and read receipts, replies, and message search
• Group rooms for your team, with a shift swap and giveaway board

SHIFT SWAPS
• Post a shift you can't work and say what you'd take in return
• See at a glance when a swap matches your own roster

VOICE CALLS
• Encrypted 1:1 voice calls that survive switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Keep using the app while you talk — the call collapses to a bar

SECURITY
• End-to-end encryption
• Verify colleagues in person with safety-number QR codes
• Biometric app lock, with your credentials stored only on your device
• Export your encrypted chat history with a passphrase you control

RosterSync is built for shift workers who live by their roster and want their work chat off their personal apps.

What’s new

• Answering a call from the notification now opens the call screen straight away, even over the lock screen
• The app asks once for full-screen notifications so calls light up a locked phone like a phone call
