Very poor. I have started to do some voluntary work for an organisation who asked me to download this app. Only some aspects are available from the app version. Others, such as inputting my availability, can only be done in the WEB version meaning I am having to toggle between two versions of rota ready. The app does not give me notification of any new event - a new shift, requests to swap, acceptances - so rotas need to be manually searched to find out when I am next working.

Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL experience. It doesnt load at all! We have sent numerous emails and contacted support and a whole month later, the app does Not load at all for any of our staff. I am utterly appauled by this service that is supposedly designed for professional and business use. Avoid this for your business at whatever cost. It is Unacceptable service.

Goes through all the motions. click on my organisation. But apparently doesn't find it. not been able to look at my Rota since your update. Edit - Company problem. Managed to sort it. changed my rating as the app is really simple to use.
