About this app

The simple, free way to track gestational diabetes — built by a mom who's been there.

No subscriptions, no data harvesting, no learning curve. Just log a meal, get a reminder, share with your doctor.

🩸 Built for pregnancy with gestational diabetes

If you've just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, you already have enough to think about. This app is designed to take one thing off your plate: the constant tracking. Log your blood sugar, log your meals, and let the app handle the 1-hour and 2-hour reminders automatically.

Used by tens of thousands of pregnant women managing GD across their pregnancies — from diagnosis through delivery.

✨ What you can do

- Smart meal tracking — Tap "Start meal" once, and the app handles your 1-hour and 2-hour blood sugar reminders automatically. No more setting alarms manually.

- Log every reading — Fasting, pre-meal, and post-meal blood sugar readings, all in one place. Filter your history by reading type to spot patterns.

- Link readings to meals — See exactly which meal caused which blood sugar spike. Link or unlink readings to meals anytime, even hours later if you forgot in the moment.

- PDF reports for your doctor — Export a clean, professional PDF report to share with your OB, endocrinologist, or dietitian. Designed to be readable at a glance during appointments.

- Custom reminders — Set your own glucose thresholds, reminder times, and notification sounds. Get a daily nudge for your morning fasting test.

- Track carbs — Log carbohydrates with each meal to understand how your diet affects your glucose levels.

- Designed for gestational diabetes specifically — Not a generic diabetes app. Every feature is built around the realities of pregnancy with GD.

📱 Why this app exists

I built this gestational diabetes tracker during my maternity leave, after being diagnosed with GD in my first pregnancy. I needed something fast, focused, and free — and couldn't find it, so I made it myself.

In my second pregnancy, my own doctor recommended this app to me, not knowing I built it. That was the moment I knew it was working.

It's still a one-person project. No venture capital, no data harvesting, no aggressive upsells — just an optional one-time purchase to remove ads, if you'd like to support development. Every feature in this gestational diabetes tracker comes from real GD experience and real user requests.

🤰 Who this app is for

- Women newly diagnosed with gestational diabetes who need a simple way to start tracking
- Women managing GD through diet and want to spot patterns in their blood sugar
- Women on insulin for gestational diabetes who need reliable logging for their care team
- Anyone tired of bloated, ad-heavy, or subscription-based diabetes tracking apps
- Pregnant women who want a quiet, focused tool — not a wellness platform

🔒 Privacy & data

Your blood sugar readings, meals, and personal data stay on your device. No accounts to create, no data sold to advertisers, no syncing required.

What's new in v2.0

- Fully redesigned interface with cleaner cards and bigger glucose values

Could be great except for a glitch or two. Ex; I don't always want to input my meals entirely, but just let me add my glucose and mark it as 1+ aka, after a meal. The issue is it automatically assigns it to the last meal I did enter. Why??!! Even if you click the x to delete that info, it doesn't matter. Glitch sucks.

I like this for tracking my GD, but wish it had some better features. I would like to see an alarm feature for the notification that it is time to test blood sugar as I'm so nervous I will miss it. The light vibrations is so easy to miss. It would be nice to with writing the description down of food if it could have a feature of listing the items (like being able to hut enter and have the food on multiple rows in the description), a place to track carb count of each meal would be nice too.

decent free app. it may be a user error, but after trying everything i can think of, I can't get a notification noise once it's time for me to check glucose levels. also, out of nowhere, I started getting irritating ads after beginning my countdown or entering new numbers. I hate that...
