By far the worst restaurant app on earth. I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. It's unstable to the point it is nearly impossible to complete an order without multiple crashes. You can't tell if you are logged in or not because it often won't advance beyond the log-on screen. The interface is totally confusing at times, resulting in lost opportunities to apply discount codes. I am sure this app costs RT business, which no doubt is the opposite of its intention.

The app is so frustrating to use! I have officially given up and I'm going to delete this. When trying to place an order, make sure you get it right the first time because if you try to edit your order from your cart, it'll completely delete your entire order. Just because I wanted to add another salad. I've had this issue since I installed the app over a year ago. I'll stick to calling in my order now. The app rewards aren't even really worth it.

There are too many app issues. Always love the pizza and wings. They are delicious. Unfortunately, this app is all over the place. If you leave the screen or try to go back from your cart to add something else, it clears your cart, logs you out, and you have to start again. Recently, our rewards have disappeared, and we don't seen to have any new rewards accumulating. It doesn't show coupons, either. It's easier to order on an internet browser or on the phone. The app isn't worth the headache.
