By far the worst restaurant app on earth. I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. It's unstable to the point it is nearly impossible to complete an order without multiple crashes. You can't tell if you are logged in or not because it often won't advance beyond the log-on screen. The interface is totally confusing at times, resulting in lost opportunities to apply discount codes. I am sure this app costs RT business, which no doubt is the opposite of its intention.

Terrible App, we ALWAYS have issues with this app. It never wants to accept the rewards points we earn. So then we have to call the store to place the order and get the discount. They usually help us out, but now they're not allowed to??? Um, what? Honestly, it's ridiculous. I hate the app. It's constantly messing up, losing our orders and we have to restart several times with EVERY SINGLE ORDER WE MAKE. Round Tables needs to do so much better than this.

Every time I try and order on it it makes me so frustrated I sometimes don't. Randomly won't load a page and delete your cart. Got all the way to the end, used a loyalty promo and it errors out. Now the promo is gone. Any tiny issue or misclick cart is emptied. This has been for 2+ years with no change. So bad. I'll just call in.
