By far the worst restaurant app on earth. I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. It's unstable to the point it is nearly impossible to complete an order without multiple crashes. You can't tell if you are logged in or not because it often won't advance beyond the log-on screen. The interface is totally confusing at times, resulting in lost opportunities to apply discount codes. I am sure this app costs RT business, which no doubt is the opposite of its intention.

Great pizza, terrible app... 😏 Takes several attempts (at least) to get the app to cooperate enough to actually place an order! Constantly logs you out on the next screen after having just logged in; keeps telling you to "select order type" even though you've already done it; CHANGES the location of your order if you're not paying attention; loses the "rewards" you've previously added; forces you to input your order SO many times... Seriously, Round Table, fix your freakin' app already!!! 🙄

Great pizza. The app...I always have problems. Tried to order deals. click add & customize..nothing. Try another deal...nothing. I ended up calling in the order, wasting the staff's time and my time. They also had trouble entering the special. Seems like more of a data problem than code. This happens often. While I prefer your pizza, I may need to shift to Domino's or Papa John's in order to have a smoother, quicker ordering experience. Why do I always need to sign in!? Basic app stuff.
