First time using the app and it refuses to take any of my cards. It declined my debit card despite money in my bank account, it declined my credit card despite me just using it in another store, and it declined my back up credit card. I was trying to use the app so I wasn't waiting 20 min in the drive through. Had to anyway, and the restaurant had no issues taking my card the app declined.

Never works. Will allow me to get all the way to payment and then it can't "validate the cart". So much for convenient. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 times over 4 months that it has done this. It's ridiculous! So when people are waiting for food, it's now double the time because we have to physically go and then wait on the food that should have been ready upon arrival if we could order using this "convenient" app. I checked for updates and that was not the issue. This app sucks.

Although the app makes it easy to scan and earn, we had been saving points to get the highest reward - the 125-point pasta duo. We just got to that two weeks ago (we now have 136 pts) and although the app says "you have unlocked all offers", that is no longer true. With no warning (no email notification nor in-app notification), that reward now needs 200 points. I understand that Fazoli's can make changes but being secretive about changes is not customer-friendly.
