Although the app makes it easy to scan and earn, we had been saving points to get the highest reward - the 125-point pasta duo. We just got to that two weeks ago (we now have 136 pts) and although the app says "you have unlocked all offers", that is no longer true. With no warning (no email notification nor in-app notification), that reward now needs 200 points. I understand that Fazoli's can make changes but being secretive about changes is not customer-friendly.

Never works. Will allow me to get all the way to payment and then it can't "validate the cart". So much for convenient. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 times over 4 months that it has done this. It's ridiculous! So when people are waiting for food, it's now double the time because we have to physically go and then wait on the food that should have been ready upon arrival if we could order using this "convenient" app. I checked for updates and that was not the issue. This app sucks.

I would rate this higher except for two items. one, you cannot redeem your rewards with the online order, you have to go in store and order there. The rewards should be usuable with an online order. The other is that i put an order in the cart but when i checked on my rewards it erased the cart. Also when i first tried to redeem a reward before i realized it could only be done online, it put a countdown timer for when the rewars had to be redeemed.
