The app is fine except for making it clear on delivery and in store pickup. Now as for the Clarksville, Tennessee store it seems to be going downhill...and fast! Wow this store has actually stopped taking phone calls and flips over to extension #301 which is a voicemail, and then they never call back! I needed help with an order and got NO RESPONSE !!!

Never works. Will allow me to get all the way to payment and then it can't "validate the cart". So much for convenient. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 times over 4 months that it has done this. It's ridiculous! So when people are waiting for food, it's now double the time because we have to physically go and then wait on the food that should have been ready upon arrival if we could order using this "convenient" app. I checked for updates and that was not the issue. This app sucks.

Although the app makes it easy to scan and earn, we had been saving points to get the highest reward - the 125-point pasta duo. We just got to that two weeks ago (we now have 136 pts) and although the app says "you have unlocked all offers", that is no longer true. With no warning (no email notification nor in-app notification), that reward now needs 200 points. I understand that Fazoli's can make changes but being secretive about changes is not customer-friendly.
