Edit: 2026, Unusable for 3 full years, customer service is useless and won't respond. Thanks a lot. Literally unusable. Will not let me log in, refuses to recover my password and blocks any new account attempt because it requires and recognizes my phone number. I've been unable to access rewards for either store OR record my purchases and points for a year. No access to customer support either, bc I can't log in. Absolutely useless.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This app used to work to manage my rewards. Now it hasn't opened for a couple of months. Messaged the company and they claim they cannot even find my account... Loads of BS because I can go online fine... Just needs to be fixed!! This is the only thing I look forward to on my birthday yearly.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. The app opens to a splash screen and locks up. Doesn't matter how many times you install or what device. The app is broken. No matter how many complaints the company gets, they don't fix it. The only reason I use the app at all is to get the birthday rewards. If it doesn't work, there is no point in using it or even visiting them.
