If I could leave negative stars I would. This app used to work to manage my rewards. Now it hasn't opened for a couple of months. Messaged the company and they claim they cannot even find my account... Loads of BS because I can go online fine... Just needs to be fixed!! This is the only thing I look forward to on my birthday yearly.

Terrible app. It worked great for about a month before suddenly not being able to load anything. I've tried reinstalling the app several times, but it still doesn't work. There appears to be no way to redeem the points I'd accumulated or upload the receipt I'm currently holding in my hand without using the app itself, so it's a complete waste of my time

I'd give it negative stars if I could. The app opens to a splash screen and locks up. Doesn't matter how many times you install or what device. The app is broken. No matter how many complaints the company gets, they don't fix it. The only reason I use the app at all is to get the birthday rewards. If it doesn't work, there is no point in using it or even visiting them.
