About this app

RouteSync Transit puts your public transit system in your pocket. Plan a
trip, book a ticket, pay, and follow your ride live — all from your phone,
connected directly to your transit operator's real-time network.

PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Find nearby stops and stations, browse trips between them, or plan a full
door-to-door journey by just dropping a pin on the map — no need to know a
stop name. Choose how your route is optimized: fastest, cheapest, fewest
transfers, or least walking.

BOOK & PAY FOR TICKETS
Book a bus ticket in a few taps, pay with your wallet or another payment
method, and get a scannable QR ticket instantly. Review your active and
past tickets, cancel or reschedule when your plans change.

TRACK YOUR RIDE
See your bus's live position, speed, and how many stops remain, right from
the home screen the moment you're on board. Get an alert as your stop
approaches.

WALLET, PASSES & NCMC
Keep a running balance to pay for tickets without re-entering payment
details every time. Buy a travel pass for regular trips, and manage your
NCMC smart transit card — issue a new one, link an existing card, check
its balance, and recharge it, all from the app.

STAY INFORMED
Get notified about your bookings and service disruptions on your route,
and check current alerts any time from the notification bell.

SAFETY FIRST
A one-tap SOS button is always within reach, no matter what screen you're
on, sending your live location straight to your transit operator's control
room in an emergency.

Let a friend or family member follow your live trip with a simple code —
they don't need a RouteSync account to see where you are.

What’s new

New: Browse routes, plan trips, and check schedules without signing in — sign in only when you're ready to book or pay.

Added fingerprint/Face ID unlock for faster, more secure sign-in. Refreshed the app's look with a cleaner design throughout. Also fixed an issue where signing in could sometimes redirect you back to the login screen.
