Stupid hack of an app. It confirms that my router operates on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and then gives some vague issue about not being able to reach certain sites necessary for the thermostat to work. Doesn't actually list any sites or IP addresses or anything. It is just a convenient excuse for Carrier to say "it's not our problem, it is an ISP issue". I work from home and am on multiple video conference calls daily. I have a dozen devices connected and working perfectly on my network.

Wow, this is a scary app. Scans your network for a couple of minutes, and then tells you literally nothing. My results said my internet speed was too slow because it was -1MB. Yep, NEGATIVE 1 MB. Ummm, sure. The privacy concerns are valid. It compiles a list of all of your devices on your network and sends it off to their servers with all of the details such as MAC address and your precise location, which it requires. Really sketchy stuff, I would refuse to install if asked to.

Seems to collect a bunch of data but gives no option to let you see what it collected. It says it is scanning my network, but what does that mean? Does the service now have a list of everything on my network? Activity? Apps I've installed? I really feel hostage to this app since it's part of third-party troubleshooting scripts, but I have no idea what privacy nightmare it is creating for me. Please disclose and give me the option to withhold information I don't want to share.
