This is just a companion app for when you're on the phone with support, not an automated self help app. Im sure the app can be programmed to follow the same script the support people do

This app doesn't do anything to help it doesn't give you any steps after you try a router check it says it's unable to send network reports

Pretty straight forward. Easy to navigate in diagnostics. Customer service will take care of you if it doesn't.
