Ratings and reviews

Please do not expect long term work, frequent work, and decent pay. If that's what you're looking for, other delivery companies would be a better option. Shipt is not forgiving. Customer Service sucks, and they cancel your orders without explanation. I just traveled 45 min for a shop, and they pulled the order as I was arriving for no apparent reason. It happens all the time. Such a waste of time and fuel. Get a few bucks and get out!

I actually really liked this app to start with. it's better than others on showing exactly what you would be shopping for and where it would be delivered. However, my on-time slipped below 90% (due to multiple factors such as additional requests from customers) and I got an email telling me that it was below 90% and that I could do a course to increase my score. The app has a few issues after the last updates. Certain color combinations of UPC will not scan at all. The scanner isn't able to see them. also, Why do you like customers "like" pictures we share in chat of you're not going to let US see what pictures they are liking? Seems the intention is to share product pictures in chat and have them select. Would be nice if we actually could use it this way..
