Ratings and reviews

Please do not expect long term work, frequent work, and decent pay. If that's what you're looking for, other delivery companies would be a better option. Shipt is not forgiving. Customer Service sucks, and they cancel your orders without explanation. I just traveled 45 min for a shop, and they pulled the order as I was arriving for no apparent reason. It happens all the time. Such a waste of time and fuel. Get a few bucks and get out!

I actually really liked this app to start with. it's better than others on showing exactly what you would be shopping for and where it would be delivered. However, my on-time slipped below 90% (due to multiple factors such as additional requests from customers) and I got an email telling me that it was below 90% and that I could do a course to increase my score. Less than 24 hours later, they deactivated my account. I have high customer ratings, have been requested as a preferred shopper by many

Too many technical issues while doing customer's shop and delivery orders. I've had issue while delivering "delivery only" orders as well and even support couldn't help. When it does work properly the money can be worth it sometimes. You just have to know what works for you. I don't like that they will allow customers add items before you begin shopping or request items as you're shopping. And I don't like that they allow customers to place orders while the app is experiencing technical issues.
