The incorrect handling of the images during photo upload is frustrating. The workaround is to use photo editor on your phone and do anything with your photo then save it (like crop a tiny bit). The problem caused by incorrect handling of EXIF meta information and this procedure rewrites it. Hope this helps.

the app requires a face photo. I have tried several, but the app always rejects them. it says it is not a straight on face photo, but it is. the app automatically rotates every pic I submit to be sideways. no way to edit this. the app won't let me proceed without a pic, so it is unusable.

Scam app An app for babysitters that gets all your details including ID and face recognition, and DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO ANYONE, UNLESS YOU PAY PREMIUM. So you are on the app to find babysitters, you probably downloaded it because you already have a date/time in mind when you will need someone, but you can't contact people, so it is just fingers crossed someone finds you in time AND that someone gets in contact with you. But, of course, they are not harvesting info to sell... nooooo
