Good experience overall, but the app lags so much, especially when opening a restaurant page, most probably due to the unnecessary fancy UI at the top of the page (glass effect).

crashing all the time and laggy app ... * update: no longer crashes but still laggy and no https certificate which is very bad security practice that allows money/location sent to the app to be seen by anyone other that the devs

Very disappointing experience. My order arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes, and by then the food was completely cold. The packaging was also unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a food delivery service. I tried to contact customer support to complain about the late delivery, but the real irony is that support was even later… they never responded at all. Late food, poor hygiene, and no customer service. Not reliable. I won’t be ordering again.
