its a bit laggy but otherwise ok, they changed the layout a bit, i liked the one before where the number we gave to the driver was boxed, they are fast to respond to complaints, which i give a big plus, for other thing is the lack of diversity, we need them to expand more, i am here to offer my support, will not be uninstalling anytime soon.

The food ordering experience was disappointing. Customer support was extremely slow to respond. I requested a modification to my order, but their reply came more than 10 minutes later, by which time the order had already been prepared and could no longer be changed. Additionally, the food took a long time to arrive. Overall, the service needs significant improvement in both response time and delivery efficiency.

horrible first time experience. they only had one job to take my order and deliver it got my order completely wrong. and the live chat they have DOESN'T EVEN WORK you need to leave the chat and go back in for the message to be delivered. don't get me started on the response times literally took 42 minutes to finish a single chat..
