Very disappointing experience. My order arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes, and by then the food was completely cold. The packaging was also unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a food delivery service. I tried to contact customer support to complain about the late delivery, but the real irony is that support was even later… they never responded at all. Late food, poor hygiene, and no customer service. Not reliable. I won’t be ordering again.

The worst delivery app ever I've used it three times and I swear I encountered problems every single time The first time the driver was a full hour late picking up the order to the point that the restaurant refused to deliver it because it damaged their reputation And the same restaurant refused to deliver 20 orders to the app's drivers because they were all late After that I noticed they were deducting money from my wallet for no reason and I had to contact them many times to get it back.

I made my first order and was informed one item is not available, so they will exchange it... After another call they've informed me that there is price difference which was not informed on the first call... Second order i received one item all spilled.. they did not refund/exchange the item Just informed that the store service will be improved..
