The customer service was very poor and didn't help at all. I ordered items that clearly included extra additions shown in the app description, but they were missing. I even provided a screenshot proving the order included those items, yet they still sided with the restaurant and ignored my evidence. My new-user vouchers also disappeared. The after-sales service needs major improvement. Otherwise, the app offers good prices.

edit: so much better! they upgraded the lag, i just need them to offer more restaurants, some restaurants also have some kind of problem with this specific application, another delivery application that we boycott is much more active on the other hand, wishing you success!(ps: customer support are the goat)

​Great app! The interface is super user-friendly, food delivery is always fast, and the meals arrive hot and fresh. Customer support is also very responsive if any issue arises. Highly recommended
