This app and this company are terrible. There is no real reimbursement for delayed flights. There was no plane at the gate and customer service tried to tell me the flight was on time and boarding and the app still was saying on time. 10 minutes after takeoff time the app finally says a 3 hour delay. The price isnt worth it if you miss all your plans.

The app is working very poorly today. I tried to check in for tomorrow's flight, but I wasted a lot of time on it and got nowhere. I then switched to my personal computer and completed the check-in there; only after that did the boarding pass finally appear in the app. This is absolutely unacceptable for travel. Right in the middle of the check-in process, the app prompts you to apply for a credit card—and then everything grinds to a halt.

This is the only airline agency where I was not able to get checked into my flight because of 4 minutes - the counter closed at exactly 8:40 pm and due to 4 mins I was not able to attend my flight. I can't even redeem the credit through their website or app after trying to book again, let alone receive a refund straight into my account and was also charged the cancellation fee of $99.00.
