It's absolutely ridiculous that you are forced to download an app to get a stupid boarding pass that has worked just fine for decades. Then at every single turn they try to add hidden fee after hidden fee after hidden fee. This single experiece has been the single worst flight I've had in a very long time and I will make sure to try and never fly this airline if I can.

it's a lot more work than other airlines. Everything costs extra, never ending suggestions to upgrade assorted things. you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is ready. And not being able to get a boarding pass without junking up your phone with an app is just wrong. Next time, I'll pay a little more to go with an easier airline.,.....................................................,......................................................................................................

Not only is this one of the worst app designs I have ever seen, it's incredibly annoying with over 20 add on and additional fee option you have to opt out of that takes an additional 10 minutes just to try to book a flight but the app developer must be a 12 year old because it isn't even optimized for Android Users. it is absolutely impossible to enter your credit card information because the text boxes dont show options and dont support text entry. help is also broken. back to southwest for me!
