I can't use the app half of the time; I will put in my login information and I recieve a message that there is problem and to contact an administrator. I've had to call three times already in the short time I've had the app installed on my phone, (installed in December). Each time I've waited for a long time on the phone, had my account details reset, to then running into the same problem. When I am able to login, the app is easy to use and easy to navigate, but the issue is the login!

When trying to access Manage Booking of my reservation, The system repeatedly requests a one‑time password (OTP) to be sent to my email address; however, the OTP never arrives despite multiple attempts. I have checked my inbox, spam/junk folders, and confirmed that the email address on the booking is correct.

They lost my baggage twice in the same ticket, when you call or send an email they're not helpful at all, no baggage fees refund either, first baggage took 12 days to come and now I'm still waiting for my 2nd baggage, I have a gps in it I can see it in Casablanca still, I called I said I'm tracking my baggage and I know where it is, no one cares no one it's trying to help! don't book with them guys they're really horrible!
