I've booked a flight, paid for the flight using a card. The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive a ticket and it shows the reservationas cancelled even though it was paid. Contacting call center and yet to get a reply to fix the issue. Bad experience and the worst customer service. I'll advice anybody not to risk using this app for any future booking.

Absolute garbage experience dealing with this airline. Promised me a refund after canceling my flight and refusing to return my money. Every phone call to the call center takes hours to get through just to be told to keep waiting. They don't respond to my emails at all and care nothing about the customer. On a separate occasion voucher was never received and when I called to inform them that I need it they said they needed the ticket. When I said i didn't have it they said they couldn't help me

If I can give zero star, I will, I have been promised after my voucher expires, a refund for a two tickets I bought for my brothers for more than two years now, I have wasted a lot of money calling there customer care number and always different stories, when I sent them an email they will only reply after I call the customer care, they ask for my bank details and up still now they never reply or refund me. Bad experience and really bad service. So frustrating 😫 😑.
