I booked avenger from the app and when I went to take the bike that person told me they don't have that bike and asked me to upgrade by paying extra money. I tried to contact to change customer care only to waste my time, no response. it's like either i need to pay for the upgrade or kms limit will be reduced, both the ways it's a loss for me.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I was stopped by the police in the middle of the road for document verification and immediately tried calling Royal Brothers multiple times. No one bothered to answer. Because of your complete lack of support, I ended up paying the fine myself. and they are not ready for a refund,Taking customers' money is easy, but being available when they actually need help seems impossible. This was an extremely frustrating and irresponsible experience.

Worst app for bike rentals. I have booked a rental bike and it isn't even in condition that it can be used, it's clutch and left side handle is moving on it's own and when I asked the company representative there he said it's not my problem. And even the customer care never answers call. My whole money was wasted. This is fraud money scamming app. This was my first bike rental experience and it would also be last. Has it been possible to rate it even lower than 1 star I would have given it.
