EDIT: As a regular customer, on first time delay in bringing back the scootie on time, I had to wait on 4 different support calls with every previous support person hanging up on me, first support person even misguided, paid extra for almost 8 hours of night. Old review: Loved my experience with them every single time. Even though their prices are on the higher end, their service and vehicle condition is really really good consistently compared to others, hence my preferred choice:)

Minimum flexibility is one thing a user looks for when renting two wheelers which are in a below average condition. I don't think so that flexibility can ever be a part of this. It is pointlessly rigid, surprisingly in tourist cities where that must not be the case. Overly rude staff at the bike centres. Atleast that is how my experience has been most of the times. Uninstalling.

Worst service I've ever experienced. The bike was poorly maintained and kept breaking down. Support was useless. Since there was no mobile signal in our parking, they refused to help unless I was standing next to the bike, forcing me to push it to get reception. Another time, I waited 2.5 hours on the road after a breakdown while they kept saying "5 more minutes." Rude staff, false promises, and terrible service. It feels like a scam.
