I Booked my ride at 5:30 in the morning, on time I reached the location , they provided a contact number I called them multiple times and no reply finally called customer care multiple times.. finally I got a call from the bike provider we are here, I wasted my 45 min. then they provided a shine bike with full of complaints and they trying to convince there is no complaint, it's hardly 100 meter I found the issue, the bike was not good to ride, I returned the same. Not recommended

They will make your travelling experience horrible.I had booked a bike in Ernakulam. After reaching the Royalbrother location to pick the bike. They told me that the bike is unavailable. I called the customer case to raise my concern. In return they told me to pay more money to book another bike which was available, but I didn't. They are making money from people's situations.

the worst customer service ever, I would recommend others not to go for this. I have booked for two helmets but they didn't inform me that have helmet shortage. they gave only one and didn't credit the refund back as well. the customer support on their app is very unresponsive. they add things to ur payment like phone holder etc which we didn't ask for and charge for it with taxes. the worst support ever. I won't recommend it to others. .
