Pathetic service. I verified my documents through the app before booking and paid the full amount, but when I reached the location, they said my license pincode is restricted and refused to give the bike. If it was restricted, why verify and accept payment? This wasted my time and ruined my plans. Customer service was horrible too — no one picked up calls for 30 mins. Truly a frustrating and pathetic experience.

the worst customer service ever, I would recommend others not to go for this. I have booked for two helmets but they didn't inform me that have helmet shortage. they gave only one and didn't credit the refund back as well. the customer support on their app is very unresponsive. they add things to ur payment like phone holder etc which we didn't ask for and charge for it with taxes. the worst support ever. I won't recommend it to others. .

Quite inconvenient and disappointing. At the time of pickup, your team took a low-resolution photograph of the vehicle. This image did not capture the existing scratches and marks clearly. While I trusted the process and proceeded with the rental, this oversight became a major issue when I returned the vehicle. During the return inspection, I was informed about a scratch and asked to bear the cost for damages. However, this scratch was not caused by me. The reason it was missed earlier is that
