Repeatedly dissatisfied with the UI. I see a lot of people complaining in the comments section but it doesn't look like anything was done about it. The specific UI issue I am facing is the confirm KYC button appears right under the home screen button of the phone. So every time I try clicking on the confirm button, I land on the home screen of the phone. Terrible that no one from the dev team gave a thought about this.

I have been using the app for a number of years. Lately I have noticed that there is a bug in the app. when I login to it using my biometric, it goes to the app but does not allow access to the portfolio and investing tabs.

Despite the numerous complaints about the pathetic UI, they have done nothing to fix it. I cannot see my portfolio at all even after updating the app. I have to login multiple times and even then it's not visible properly. The price tracking is so slow when the market is moving quickly. I called their support line regarding the surcharges and they said they'll arrange a call back, but it never happened. Worst customer experience and support. Do better.
