08/29/2026 Edited to change my review: Fastest fix to an issue I've had in my life so far. Thank you! Everything was fine until yesterday. I paid for some splascash and it's not in the game. I have sent messages but it comes back saying something along the lines of we are experiencing higher volume blah blah, I either want my splash card or my money back. I don't want to have to process a return with the bank so please fix this.

Wow, I purchased a Sushi Booster for $5.49 and of course the game decides to 'stop working' and force closes shortly after I received an email saying the payment went through. I quickly went back on the game and naturally my purchase was gone. Such a shame cuz I've been playing this game for a long while and this literally makes me want to stop now. Not even sure if I should bother contacting 'customer service' cuz that for the majority of apps are notoriously known for doing nothing.

I am finding that Splash crashes frequently while playing. It is very frustrating, and seems to happen most often when I am checking my inventory of items for creating eggs, looking through my Aquapedia for fish to make, or searching for coral from the coral inventory. I would like to continue playing Splash, but this situation becomes more unpleasant as time goes on.
