Ratings and reviews

haven't gotten my payments for two surveys that I did,it says failed claiming/completed for both surveys and the app keeps crashing when I click on completed section,I emailed the developer and been told that he will have his team look into it but I still have the same issues I feel like nothing is getting done,I used to like this app now not so much feels like it has problems idk if the team is actually working to fix the problem or not the developer said they have been very busy....

I used to like this app and paid out. now i believe it is a useless app I tried contacting the customer service with no response I tried to complete surveys and no payment for them. the app keeps crashing when I touch the word complete in the app. I don't understand this app at all they better make it improve for people to like it.

The app keeps telling me that there's an error when I try to sign up/log in.
