I have had issues with this app from the get-go, and I have contacted support and the email address on the app bounces, and the form support never contacted me back. In September, I completed my first survey that was initially $3 and it never said anything about needing a Venmo account, which I didn't have, I had to create one after, which I never received the payment then I find out they changed it from $3 per survey to $1 and my payment still hasn't been sent. Someone needs to contact me.

I did multiple surveys, they all fail to claim every time I try and support has yet to respond after multiple emails. Edit: As is said in my initial review, I have attempted contacting support multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Also, there is no way to "reset" the venmo number without linking a different account first, which i don't have..

Please contact support to clear the problem. Typically, this issue requires that users go to the user profile button in the upper left corner of the app. Go to the Venmo button and reset the app to the phone that you have registered to get payments to. But users need to understand that we will work with users to ensure a good experience.
