I have had issues with this app from the get-go, and I have contacted support and the email address on the app bounces, and the form support never contacted me back. In September, I completed my first survey that was initially $3 and it never said anything about needing a Venmo account, which I didn't have, I had to create one after, which I never received the payment then I find out they changed it from $3 per survey to $1 and my payment still hasn't been sent. Someone needs to contact me.

Can anyone help? I am having difficulties with verification. When I take the pictures of my ID it says was excepted but then it says it can't find my information on my ID. It doesn't make sense. Is anyone having the same issue? If so what can I do to get it to fix this problem. It has been months. Please help. Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate it.hopefully the update fixed it. Please let me know
