Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app I use the most. It constantly crashes and freezes. For most other companies/consumables, I use the website directly, but at least the app does have more convenient features. Hence, I still use it despite how much I bang my head against a wall using it. I wish they would make it so it didn't crash and freeze all the time.

Being a frequent traveler, the app used to be the best among the airlines. Now, with each update the app gets worse (constant glitching and crashing). United clearly is using subpar developers/programmers (probably outsourcing overseas like their help lines) and needs to take a hard look at the quality of their product. They should look backwards several versions of the app to reinstate stability and functionality.
