Very confusing! Showed my saved credit card was actually someone else's card. This made me scared to actually enter mine. When checking flight info, web sight says you can pre-pick a meal, but there is nowhere to pick it. Another area says you can add a bag. When you click to add a bag, it doesn't add it. Then it makes you check confirm to check out twice.

I've used United for years and had an easy experience for the most part. But over the past few months, this app has had many bugs. It crashes repeatedly upon opening, and it has been unresponsive whenever it's open more than 10 seconds. I have updated the app, uninstalled it several times, cleared the cache, and cleared the data, but nothing seems to work. I have two phones, and the same thing keeps happening on both. Hopefully, United fixes the problem soon.

I've been locked out of my account for over 2 weeks. It keeps telling me to reset the password, I do, follow the instructions, and then gets stuck in an infinite loop. I still can't access my account. It even tried to give me a different membership number so I lost all my progress Not to mention, it is NOT as up to date as checking the web version or the physical terminals at an airport. It's been an absolute headache and I feel scammed out of my "membership benefits" that I can't even access
