I find the slogan "download & get 30€ free" to be misleading. I have never had a company "verify my cc" by actually taking money, usually they book & release and 1-2€ max. The slogan should have been "load 5€, ride for 35€". Otherwise it is fine. I had issues with app charging me money although it still showed that i had credit left, contacted the customer support and got a fast response and money back. Misleading credit isn't a good start for such a small market with so many competitors.

App and ride experience was fine. However, I received an unreasonable parking fine after parking in the same spot as my friend. My friend didn't get any fine and the app accepted my parking spot and photo. The fine was issued more than an hour after I parked the scooter, who knows what happened to it in the meantime. I appealed the fine and it got rejected without reason. That's outrageous!

Has always worked. Asks for as credit card details ONCE, and then the app remebers it. Never does any stupid thing as stopping and locking the wheels on bascule bridges as Små-Pudden. (It seems the company has decided to trust local municipial companies, and to trust the user to not drive into permanent bodies of water.) And the short-time lock function works without problems. It doesn't turn the status of the scooter into some impossible status the user can't handle. A flawless, good service.
