About this app

With the "Mobile Payment" app, you can pay easily, quickly, and securely with your Android smartphone – wherever contactless payment and your card(s) are supported. Simply register your debit cards from one or more Sparkasse banks or BW-Bank, or your Sparkasse credit cards, in the app.

+ The "Mobile Payment" app is that easy to use + Unlock your smartphone at the checkout of your favorite stores using your registered, secure method, hold it close to the card reader, wait for visual or audible confirmation – and you're done. Your payment is processed just as securely as with your physical card.

For added security, Card Control* lets you control where, how, and when your digital cards are used. Payments abroad, online shopping, or cash withdrawals – all directly and flexibly adjustable within the app.


Unlock your smartphone at the checkout of your favorite stores using your registered, secure method, hold it close to the card reader, wait for visual or audible confirmation – and you're done. Your payment is processed just as securely as with your physical card.

For added security, Card Control* lets you control where, how, and when your digital cards are used. And if you spontaneously decide to treat yourself to something you'd like at a store, you can use the free express loan*: Simply apply for your desired amount between €500 and €3,000 directly in the app, receive it in your account within minutes, and repay it within 30 days.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 13 years
• Checking account with online banking or online banking business with a German savings bank or BW-Bank
• Supported TAN methods: chipTAN (including chipTAN QR), pushTAN (including pushTAN 2.0)
• Valid debit and/or credit card from your savings bank or BW-Bank debit card
• Current Android operating system with NFC interface

each time you roll out an update for the app, it doesn't work. so we have to wait until you roll out another one. who tell you to keep making the same mistake?! who tells you to make the app inoperable?! each time i have to face a blank screen because you can't make an app!

I would love to rate the app accordingly, but I cannot, because ... It doesn't have English interface. I do not understand almost anything. I am an Android application developer and I (and most of my colleagues) always add English resources even if a client doesn't ask. It's not a big deal. Don't do professional translation, do it by your own, it's fine it not perfect, but non-german speakers will we grateful.

I am experiencing difficulties utilizing the application on my new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The application either fails to initialize, presenting an error during setup, or, if setup is successful, it subsequently prevents the addition of payment cards. Even the technical support staff at Sparkasse have been unable to resolve this issue. I guess it doesn't support the new Android version and/or devices. This is indeed an unfortunate situation.
