2 updates in and the app is still a disaster. camera takes forever to take a pic, especially with the flashlight feature on. relabeling photos is a Nightmare. you have to uncheck the photos you just relabeled in order to relabel a different pic. crashes at least 25 times per day. if I get a text, call, etc anytime I check an email it crashes and I have to restart it. all this turd has done is slow us down. the only thing changed within the 2 latest updates was they added a "late" warning lol.

Despite the latest update, camera is still so slow!! I have the flash turned off, so its not that. Moving between the camera and photo gallery to the questions is also cumbersome! Sometimes the camera just opts to black out and I have to close the app and open it again for it to work. When I go to open the app sometimes it likes to spin indefinitely, so I have to close it and try again. There is nothing about this app that allows an inspector to do things quickly which is key in this job.

This new app is terrible! They said this was made with input from inspectors. Really??? Who would want this?! It slows us down. It keeps making me go back and answer more questions after I answered them the first round. Can you make all questions in one go/flow through? The zoom bar is cumbersome. And can't move it to the bottom. Labeling photos is the worst! And can you put the client name on the job list so I don't have to open it and look for it and I can grab the correct doorcard?
