Why are people complaining that it should be free? Would you work a full time job to support the app and your family and then put in all your free time into managing EVERYTHING that goes into it? "Safety should be free!" Well...um...this company isn't the one putting you into situations where you feel you need this. If you want free then call someone and stay on the phone with them the entire time until you get home. Don't want to bother them with that? Why not? Shouldn't your safety be their concern too? Even you broke college kids can afford $3 a month.
I like it but my biggest fear is accidentally dropping it and not being able to enter the code within 10 seconds.
Worth It I drive for a ride sharing company 2 or 3 times a week and occasionally until 4am. As we all know, there are some shady characters out at that time of night. To me, $36/year is well worth the peace of mind. I haven't had to use it yet (thankfully) but I like knowing that it's there.
Should be free. This app is great, but the price is too much. Adults can easily deal with the payments, but as a teenager who would just like some peace of mind, the price is too much. I walk to school, to friends houses, the store, etc. But a lot of the places can be dangerous. It would be nice to be able to be safe, for cheaper.
Great app but bad time to ask for ratings This app is a really great thing to have, and as someone who walks everywhere, it gives me that extra sense of security. The only issue I've had is that it asked me for a rating while I was holding the button, and it actually glitched it so my phone thought I was still holding it down. Luckily there was no emergency, but if there was that wouldn'tve been good. Otherwise it's awesome!
