Its great people are complaining about the price when the price probably equals the pack of cigarettes them or they're family was going to buy or the coffee they might buy everyday ,yes you cannot put a price on safety but there is a reason to complain why would this hard working family do it for free they too have a life and bills to pay also a call service costs money and lots of labor ,maybe if you can't afford it ask your family to maybe cut out the coffee or ciggarettes
Pay for safety? This app used to be 100% free. I re-downloaded it recently and saw you have to pay for it now? That's pretty gross. I'm thankful this app exists, but I'm deleting it from my phone.
Honestly, this is such an amazing app! Living near chicago, there's always fear that something could happen, and being very independent & going downtown alone, it's an amazing source of security at night (or during the day) heading to my car after a day of whatever activities I have going on that day. After using the app, one of their workers, Zach, texted to make sure everything was alright and such. I really reccomend this app to young girls, boys, women, and men of all ages!
Great app. I recently bought this app to see what it was about and I tried it out, it works amazing and they text you about how they're happy that you're safe. You can text them back with questions/thank you notes and they always reply. I love all of the workers at SafeTrek. They make me feel so safe. <3
Love It! I have had this app since 2015 and have installed it each time I've gotten a new phone. I love having this app which alerts both an emergency line and the app's team, and that your GPS provides the location for where you are/were should something happen. For those criticizing paying a small monthly amount: safety unfortunately cannot be free when medical staff, police, and the call centers are manned around the clock to help people in danger. They deserve to be paid!
Stop Complaining! You get a free month! That's fantastic! If a little kid is using this than their parents should pay for it or they can water a lawn or do some dishes or something. If they can't that sucks. If they can't call or text they can't use this app anyway. How do you think the pay for the 24/7 "dispatch". We are not entitled to everything.
