Valley Cities provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment, along with support services for adults, children, and families living in and surrounding King County, Washington. Additionally, we provide residential inpatient services for substance use disorder intensive inpatient treatment, acute withdrawal management, secure withdrawal management, and involuntary treatment evaluation & management for those with a mental health disorder and requiring these levels of intervention.

this app needs improvement. I tried to download and use this app and it's not compatible with android or apple. ⭐⭐

Needed to tap on "access account"button at the bottom, then you can creat password for the app.I wish it explained so. Now app is working. (Previous post... Not working. It asks for email first, I did. Then asks for password, I did. This app doesn't go through registering process, so I entered email and password which I log in to clinic's website. Tells me it's wrong. I tried "log in without password", I did, but I never receive one time passcode. I'm at dead end now.)

I hate to say this, but This app is useless... I cannot message anyone, not the office, not my support team, there are no appointments added, no contact information, no support when I click on support, there's literally no information other than the reports I filled out electronically via email.... So yeah, unfortunately it's worthless.

What’s new

- The keyboard will no longer hide the username or password field when signing on to the app
- The missing button texts during the Account Recovery process are now visible
- Users are able to join non-Zoom room video appointments from their mobile device (Note: this feature depends on whether or not providers have this enabled)
