Ratings and reviews

Useful app is as functional as any other supermarket app I've tried. It's better in that it functions smoother than the others; specifically, you don't get those occasional glitches like coupons not loading/disappearing or item pages not loading. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars for me is the location of your digital loyalty card. You have to inexplicably tap "Member," then tap "Wallet" (?) to see a QR code to scan at checkout. It should be right on the opening page, 1 tap at most.

Terrible app. Almost impossible to figure out how to use it. The available directions are incomprehensible. When I try to scan the available icon into the checkout machine it's never recognized. How about making it more intuitive to use? Apparently the newer designers of these apps have no communication skills.

Kings has great products & produce. Unfortunately their prices are higher than other grocery stores. Make sure you look at ALL the coupons on Kings app. You can save money on the items you buy regularly!!
