I used this apps a lot, not having problems until recently, I am not late with my payment but being terrorized by the collection team. I know the process indeed was fast however when we wanted to pay back the loan was not easy, what I see only few Banks could service us as client in paying back the loan, and those does not include private major bank like BCA, and other payment channel is Alfamart and there is no other payment channel exist there. So please put BCA to handle the paying back loan. Right now I use Alfamart which sometime the connection was not good. Don't make the customer take more time to pay their loan . thanx.
