Sahnain is a simple nutrition tracker built for fast daily food logging in English and Arabic, with special support for Egyptian and Middle Eastern foods.

Log food by typing, speaking, taking a photo, or saving regular meals. Sahnain estimates calories, protein, carbs, fats, fiber, sugar, saturated fat, unsaturated fat, and water so you can follow your daily nutrition plan with less effort.
