"Absolutely terrible experience! I carefully entered all the passenger details, But once I made the payment, the app automatically changed the name to the account holder name without any warning. I lost my ticket and had to buy a new one. I called the helpline many times and even registered a complaint, but no one solved the problem. The customer service was completely useless and refused to fix the name. I ended up losing my money because of their system error. This app is completely unreliable

very bad application, not responding or very late, booking is very difficult, payment more difficult, and for any things have to call them which keep you waiting for a long time, Salam air need to stop playing with customers time and money!

full of bugs. any reviews more than one star is fake 100%. I can't belive how can an airline operate with non functional website and app. totally useless.
