Ratings and reviews

There are bugs and errors with this app. It automatically signs me out after logging in, and it limits the OTP, so now I have to wait a long time. Even after changing my password so I can log in, it still has errors. Very poor programming.

Very bad. I tried the updated app on 2 different Samsung phones and every time I want to recharge, the page goes blank white instead of showing OTP. Useless. Must use their website or buy physical recharge cards.

Got fined for insufficient balance, but the app doesn't show the screen where to type in the OTP. tried to complain, email address required, tried to add email address to my profile, not even a box there where to put it in.
