I would give it a zero do not download this app thinking you are about to talk to your family members that's incarcerated if you just go on Google and do smart smart communications and then you'll be able to do your application thing where you can talk to them in all you will be able to do video visit and also all you got to do is just tag it on your phone and you can make it like if it was an app but it ain't you know it's just something that you would just click on with ease on your screen...

I downloaded the Smart Communications app that’s supposed to be used for jail communication, but the link or app download redirected me to Salt DNA instead. It appears to be the wrong app or connected to the wrong developer listing. Please verify and correct the app store link or name so users can find the legitimate Smart Communications jail messaging app. This mix-up could cause serious confusion for people trying to contact incarcerated loved ones. Thank you for looking into this issue quick

It's now 6/21/25 And the last complaint which was in Jan, Are ALL saying the Same One?? What's up with Domain and User info that we need to log in?? Yet, our online accts work just fine? It would be a lot easier to just tap on an APP?!!! Come on Developers!! DEVELOP!!
