I downloaded the Smart Communications app that’s supposed to be used for jail communication, but the link or app download redirected me to Salt DNA instead. It appears to be the wrong app or connected to the wrong developer listing. Please verify and correct the app store link or name so users can find the legitimate Smart Communications jail messaging app. This mix-up could cause serious confusion for people trying to contact incarcerated loved ones. I was told to download this app to message an inmate in my county jail upon doing so I was unable to locate my friend didn't even have the option to do so basically unless my friend knew my email address to send me an invite, very inconvenient.

It's now 6/21/25 And the last complaint which was in Jan, Are ALL saying the Same One?? What's up with Domain and User info that we need to log in?? Yet, our online accts work just fine? It would be a lot easier to just tap on an APP?!!! Come on Developers!! DEVELOP!!
