About this app

Salvus is an anonymous safety network for drivers. It aims to warn you in
real time about dangerously speeding vehicles and crash black-spots nearby
— before they reach you.

HOW IT WORKS
Start a session and Salvus runs quietly in the background, sharing only your
anonymous position and speed. When a vehicle nearby moves dangerously fast
for the road, drivers in its path get a heads-up. Alerts never identify the
vehicle or its driver — just "too fast, nearby."

CRASH BLACK-SPOTS, EVEN OFFLINE
Salvus also warns you as you approach historically dangerous crash sites,
drawn from hundreds of fatal-crash zones in official Bulgarian road-safety
records and bundled into the app. These warnings run entirely on your device
— no connection and no other drivers needed. See them around you on the map.

ANONYMOUS BY DESIGN
• No account, email or phone number needed
• Alerts carry no names and no plates
• Only your latest position is stored, cleared within about 10 minutes of
you stopping
• Sensitive app data is sealed in your phone's hardware-backed secure storage

SALVUS PRO
Every safety feature is free, forever. When a country gets busy, free
sessions wait briefly in a queue; Pro skips it, lets you choose how often
you're alerted and how often crash-zone warnings repeat, and puts every
alert you've sent and received on your own map. Salvus Pro is €6.49 per
month or €49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.

IMPORTANT
Salvus is a best-effort assistant, not a substitute for careful and lawful
driving. It cannot detect every vehicle or every danger, and warnings may be
late, incomplete or inaccurate. Always drive to the conditions and obey the
law. Never interact with your phone while driving.
