I gave it two stars because it works well when it pairs with my phone but all of a sudden in the last few weeks, it keeps disconnecting and now I can't get it to pair with my phone. I am so frustrated. It won't connect no matter what I try. I uninstalled the app, shut down both devices, checked and rechecked my Bluetooth, alllll the things! What the heck Samsung?!? I am super irritated I have these expensive devices and can't pair/use them! What is going on?

I keep having an issue where this app opens on its own. And it will interrupt phone calls and other apps while I'm using them. It's not just a one time occurrence it happens every five minutes or so. when it doesn't do that it works great. I like the fact I can change my watch look how I want it. Fix the bug and it'll get a 5 star

I have S22+, the buds don't sync properly when the case opens, always a lag in syncing,never a seemless sync to galaxy buds live,always updates,and app always refreshes so I can't open the app at times. Surprisingly they sync perfectly using an iPad 9th generation, come on Samsung work on seemless syncing. Dissatisfied Hello....is anyone from Samsung reading these reviews??? Sad...possibly going to all Apple products, disappointed in Samsung and I do love my android. Better updates!!
