ConnecTime is an innovative end-to-end solution that turns popular consumer televisions into video call devices, enabling users to stay connected with their friends, families, and homes. For the first time, consumers can make video calls instantly to and from their home televisions, no matter where they are, regardless of whether the TV is on or off.

ConnecTime makes interplay between phones and TVs easy. Users can accept video calls on their mobiles, then cast them to their TVs whenever they want. And if users don’t have a webcam connected to their TVs, they can simply use their smarthones as the TV camera.

Ratings and reviews

It forces you to allow this app to be able to "Stop optimizing battery usage." If you do not allow it, you can not get past it. I use numerous other apps for voip & video calls, none of those apps forces me to override battery optimization. If I choose not to let it run, may be it should stop running in background, BUT still allow me to use it when I need it. NOT when it feels like running so it could monitor me & my life all day long.

Very invasive, and if you don't allow full access and consent to access and change your phone settings, it will not let you do anything until you comply. UNINSTALLED.

It's not going using. Just like the regular phone video call. It fades out to much from it can get very ignoring probably more times than any. I don't call if it is a Samsung app.. A Google is not any different then it.
