worst app. worst delivery service.No cancellation option. worst customer care. Guys,telling for good never order anything from Samsung shop app or Samsung web. I literally waited for 3three weeks for the delivery. still they are not giving the tentative date of delivery. In the tracking, everyday it shows like it will get delivered today. even, if you connect with customer care. it will be of no use.

While ordering the items from this app, I can't switch to Any other apps and come back to home page from Ordering page, entering address also I have to do all start from beginning, I spent almost half an hour to place the order 🙃 Not so friendly app needs immediate attention to fix the bug.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service. On two separate occasions, I have experienced issues with the delivery of my orders. In the most recent instance, I selected the quick priority delivery option, but the delivery was not made as promised. The delivery company claimed that no one was home. As a result, I had to reschedule the delivery. A similar instance happened before where my s24 ultra was almost a week late, I was without a phone after my leg surgery.
