Missing Button Tried in Samsung S6, I cannot find Add New button and Delete favorites button... what a weird user interface design..
Terrible It used to work on my s-6 now with the update it's always saying connection loss. Why are you pushing out updates for old s3 phones?instead of s4-s6? Going to try to find a better app.....
One one device Can not add more than one device now. So if you have 3 different dvrs at 3 different locations, you can only have one saved on this app. You have to completely change setup to view a different one... EVERY TIME that you want to switch!!!! That is pathetic. Why can't we save the setup for multiple devices? I mean, it IS a Samsung 5 phone trying to access Samsung dvrs. Pathetic.
Update backwards? Why would you make an update that takes you back words in life you dumb mother F\/©k€®§¿ you are samsung and I can't use your own new phones and updates on the Samsung cameras I bought? But I can use my iPhone? What kind of a dumb @§§ you got working on your software coding please tell me so i can put a suicide vest on him and throw him in the desert and let him blow himself up ⬆ 👆 make lollipop and soon to come marshmallow work with this app your making a lot of people angry your all pathetic.
Missing Button Saw many people complaining about the same missing button that was frustrating me as well. On my Galaxy Note 5 I figured out to add additional location cameras you need to hold down the Recent Apps button on the phone. Then the hidden menu will pop up for you to add another device. Hope this helps others facing the same problem I was having.
Needs to update I have used this application as an integrator for almost a year now with no problems. We have recently updated to Samsung S6 and Note 5 phones and now do not have the ability to add more than a single device. Our phones have no menu button, similar to iPhones, but the iPhone has a soft button on screen to add. The interface needs to be updated to current hardware. I can see a lot of upset customers coming.
