Need a lot of improvement you think Samsung engineers should know better than that they just recently did an update and everything on your hand for get wiped without no notification to the customer if you are not having access to DVR basically you go figure what going to happen
After last update app has decided to no longer work. Admin could you please look into this?

Really like this app, and is way in front of others with regards to style and viewing experience. Much easier than other apps for viewing recordings and I find it way more reliable. Have only had 1 issue in all the time I have been using it for various clients and that is for playback of HD video if it was recorded on NVR at 4mp. If I drop it down to 2mp recording it plays back fine. I'm guessing this is more of an NVR software issue as it should still stream to mobile at low resolution, regardless of what it was recorded at. Have used many other makes of cameras, DVRs NVRs, and honestly this app is the one I always recommend to clients. As long as installer sets up the DVR or NVR correctly for mobile, and opens correct ports on router, there shouldn't be any issues.
