App is mediocre, when it's working. We have at least 6 cameras running Wisenet but every other month I have to call support because either the app completely drops several cameras, or our entire system just stops working. it's very irritating when I need to review some footage then realize that the app isn't even working, so I have to spend an hour with support AGAIN, to get everything up and running properly. I'd like to add tho, that the support department is very helpful.

this app is the absolute worst for monitoring video surveillance. adt requires you to use this app. my question.. why does a security company use this trash. 99% of the time the app won't work. when it does, you can only view live footage, then you can definitely expect the app to crash after 5-10 minutes. if I could rate this a negative 5 stars, I would.

DO NOT BUY ADT CCTV CAMERAS!!!!! Wisenet is the option for reviewing surveillance footage. This ancient history app is the worst app I have ever used or seen. We should all return our products, cancel our memberships, and demand a full refund. Paying the amount of money we pay to what is supposed to be a well known company (ADT), why are we subject to this extremely HORRIFIC, HORRID, HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, AWFUL, ABOMINABLE, ATROCIOUS, OUTDATED, DUMB, POOR QUALITY system!!!!!!!!
