Wisenet Mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

Ratings and reviews

Pathetic app. We had no issues with the previous app. After the update, it keeps freezing. We cannot send the exported video file to the police because there is no date or time. Customer services is useless. They keep on saying send us an email and then they say they will not deal with the end user. Please please please fix it. You messed up the app so you sort it out.

App is terrible Cameras are great. But if you cannot see them on your phone why are we paying for them

I could not get it to connect to my system during the app setup. I tried the QR code, I tried manually. Nothing works.
