Wisenet Mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

Ratings and reviews

App is mediocre, when it's working. We have at least 6 cameras running Wisenet but every other month I have to call support because either the app completely drops several cameras, or our entire system just stops working. it's very irritating when I need to review some footage then realize that the app isn't even working, so I have to spend an hour with support AGAIN, to get everything up and running properly. I'd like to add tho, that the support department is very helpful.

this app is the absolute worst for monitoring video surveillance. adt requires you to use this app. my question.. why does a security company use this trash. 99% of the time the app won't work. when it does, you can only view live footage, then you can definitely expect the app to crash after 5-10 minutes. if I could rate this a negative 5 stars, I would.

26/03/2024 -8/9/2026 UPDATE Had all updates since review both now have same bug. Iphone version and android version when playing back recordings the recorded time eg the dvr says its 13:00hrs but is actually at 16:00hrs in the app useless to search anything, this is because if you wanted to look at something 5mins ago it is impossible to go 3hrs forward because the app shows blank because the recordings have not happened yet. Very annoying. Please fix this in an update. Model no: srd-1684p
