Wisenet Mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

Problem with current android version. The android version gets the timeout icon when viewing cams over cellular pretty much immediately. The app is connecting to the NVR fine and I can see the channels but not view the video stream. I have the identical settings on the iOS Wisenet version and it works fine over cellular using the same carrier AT&T. I can see the streams in VLC on the android phone so it's not a config or network issue. It's something with the app. Please look into it.

This app no longer works...why won't this work? Who do I contact to help me makes this work?! I have this per ADT (bought their CCTV cameras and they say I can view them remotely only through your app...that does not work! I need to see my business when I'm not there...please help me get this app to work!

My husband and I both got new phones(him, iPhone 15 pro and me, Google Pixel 8a). After transferring everything, his iPhone 15 can pickup cams using Wisenet app but my Pixel 8a isn't. My app says I have to re-register (which leads me to a hyped YouTube video that goes so fast you can't see or understand the instructions). I submitted a ticket to Hanwha, who instructed me to create an account on theirs website. Nothing really helped. Bottom line is I STILL CANNOT BRING UP MY CAMS!!! VERY UPSET!!
