Wisenet Mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE app. Definitely NOT user-friendly. It's too complicated when viewing my cameras! The delays are insane. The app was required in order to use the cctv cameras from Adt. You have to call Adt to trouble shoot and that's a nightmare, then your'e CHARGED for a tech visit? The app and Adt is a complete scam waste of time and $. My new Ring camera gives me more CLEAR accurate service than Adt and this app. Happy to be done using this app & Adt.. Take heed to the negative reviews!

update on this app. they just keep making it worse. why does ptz on non wisenet camera only zoom all the way in or all the way out. cannot step control. also the ddns fails and nothing will work remotely. the cameras work great and nvr is good. But UniFi is going to leave this system in the dust!

This app no longer works...why won't this work? Who do I contact to help me makes this work?! I have this per ADT (bought their CCTV cameras and they say I can view them remotely only through your app...that does not work! I need to see my business when I'm not there...please help me get this app to work!
