This application is software for syncing the Galaxy Watch6 and does not operate on its own.
The Galaxy Wearable application must be installed first for it to operate normally.

- Location: To search for nearby connectable devices to connect to the Gear via Bluetooth
- Storage: To send/receive saved files with the Gear
- Phone: To verify the unique identification information of devices for app updates and for installing plug-in apps
- Contacts: To provide services that require account syncing by using the registered Samsung account information
- Calendar: To provide the sync feature for the Watch and schedule
- Call logs: To provide the sync feature for the Watch and call logs
- SMS: To provide the sync feature for the Watch and SMS

[Optional Access Permissions]
- Camera: To scan QR codes when activating the Watch (models that support eSIM only)

Ratings and reviews

This app is nice when you wanna do things for your watch sich as change the background or select and remove widgets. I've noticed that when I'm trying to text or play a game, the app keeps changing my screen and sometimes closes my apps. It's frustrating when I'm trying to get a cute video of my child and it stops the recording or makes me wait to take the photo and I miss the moment. It could use some work. Other than that, it's a good app.

I like the watch - Galaxy 6 classic - and have been using for a little over a month. Today it notified me that it was disconnected and the app won't complete pairing. I can't install the WEAR app successfully. It indicates that it's installed but it's not visible in my apps. UPDATE. It took an hour of rebooting, both phone and watch, uninstall and reinstall, but it's connected again and working.

Every 5-60ish seconds the app is randomly opening and displaying a blank white screen for a brief moment before closing. This interrupts other apps in their processes and causes apps to refresh and lose unsaved changes, crash, etc. It also causes major issues with typing anywhere, as typing is frequently interrupted at random times, often causing the keyboard to disappear. On a budget phone, this also causes A LOT of system lag and general instability.
