doesn't work good while downloading big files. i.e 50mb or more. it makes the whole system hang as clicked on download button especially in dual core systems. please make it more reliable and compatible with all the versions and systems. Rest is just fine. I would give it 5 stars otherwise.

This is great app. You can do stuff on your phone right from your PC or laptop. I particularly like using AirDroid to operate my phone's camera or scanner while it's held steady in some position. As its then not shaking even slightly I get excellent high quality scans and photographs.

I love this app so much... But this time i have to renew for one months...but i an staying far from Malaysia, how i can subscribe... In Malaysia one phone is running this app by my email... But that phones play store are running by other Gmail... So now can i subscribe from that phone or not by U-mobile billing system

20Mb file transfer limit !!! Useless. Even email gives you 25Mb.

It'll be really helpful to us! My goto app to access my Android from a computer. This is my work phone and I constantly have to grab pictures for my reports. Airdroid works flawlessly!
It's so easy to transfer files to my Mac laptop! I use this app to back up my pictures and videos.
I need airdroid to request for sms delivery report when send the sms thrue airdroid web
it's been getting harder to connect locally lately, without internet. I don't get it. Where is the 192.xxx link?? Can't find it anymore. You don't want people connecting without internet anymore?? Update: okay I found it, but darn. Why'd you make something so frequently used harder to find? Used to give u 5 stars, now 3 stars. Upgrading to 4 stars since I love what u guys made. Will give back 5 when u make IP address easier to find.

Unfortunately, the "one-time" setting it requires to work has to be done every 3rd or 4th time I try connecting from my computer. This means I end up having to walk to retrieve my tablet, connect to computer via USB, then put the tablet back, defeating the entire purpose. In the off chance it does connect without having to do that, though, it's awesome!

It'll be really helpful to us! When I try to sign-in to my PC and android applications it displays an error saying that the email.password are incorrect. But the same credentials work for my web based version.

This app insists on paid remote access even on the same wifi network. Using the IP address directly leads to a page bereft of useful features and had NO SECURITY AT ALL. EVERYONE CAN ACCESS EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. The developer is not competent.

Used to be quick and efficient to use, now it's becoming more and more of a hassle. For some reason the ip connection is hidden in a random place, whereas it used to be the first thing you see as it's the only reason to use this app. On top of that there are constant updates which add nothing, and the app tells you to update every time you use it. Lastly, I tried to use this to copy a file today and it stopped and shutdown due to a 'long period of inactivity' i.e the file transfer. I wish there was an alternative...

You can still use AirDroid through(Tap My Devices—AirDroid Web—Option 2. ),then type the IP address on your browser. Hope this would help.What's more, It would be appreciate if you glad to rate us for 5 stars!it'll really helpful to us! Lately connecting to a PC via wi-fi has becoming finicky. I keeps giving me errors, and after constantly retrying (and re-opening the app on both the phone and pc) it will finally transfer. Also, it would have been nice to have been warned that when uploading a profile picture any photo that you crop will be overwritten. So if you crop a photo in the app, it will save over your original photo. I don't know why it does that (or if it's on purpose or not), but it's a terrible.
Songs disappear randomly for no reason again and again after i transfer them onto my phone. There is plenty amount of storage space on my phone so theres no reason they get deleted.

This is one of my favorite app but I am unable to understand that why u guys required "microphone" access in new update. This is the only reason I haven't update it yet.

Sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. AirDroid have a feature called record screen (you can find it on your AirDroid——Tools)，some people need this feature and they also need record their voice at the same time, so we required this access. A lifesaver, after my Samsung Galaxy USB communication stopped working. Only way to get my pics to PC, plus easy & free. Thanks!
This app is incredible and does so many things! I primarily use it to transfer files and get notifications like text on my laptop. It all works great!
Great app, even with a non-rooted phone. I've been using it since it is available on several phones and tablets. Rooted phones give you full functionality but they invalidate my banking functions unfortunately.
You ruined your app. First making users require accounts. Then obfuscating features for those that refuse to do so, from my perspective this app went backwards in functionality over the years. Luckily i keep a cable nearby these days....

Works first in my LG laptop years ago, PC desktop very well and now in my new mac book pro through tools / hotspot. Nice job but it took some time for I found the correct way in the mac. And should be good if have a bar showing the transfer files progress. Anyway, it works!

It'll be really helpful to us! This is the worst piece of garbage that was ever created. I was looking to an alternative to pushbullet as its options were becoming limited in the free version, however it worked and worked beautifully, and all that was required was a simple google chrome extension to get it to work. I use multiple computers each day @ work, home, laptop. I didnt have to install bulky desktop software on each machine to get pushbullet to work. Rather i enable to plugin if i want access. Additionally there is no encryption offered with airdroid, something that i enjoyed with pushbullet, i knew that only devices with the correct key would allow reading notifications. Finally, the biggest advantage that pushbullet has over the garbage airdroid is that i can actually respond to txt messages on my personal or work cell from the other device. This is truly a godsend when i am in a meeting and need to message someone that I an running late and my personal cell is locked in my desk drawer in my office
This is painfully slow.. It used to be a really fast app :(

The app is amazing Do not think twice just download it. So far cannot receive calls on laptop speaker(not a function yet) but every other function is 100%working. Follow up email on improve mentioned and super responsive team Great job!!!
App is not working at all for me. Everytime k try to connect it gives me the same error connection is slow and keeps disconnecting while trying to download even one picture.

Sometimes updating and at the same time Airmirror is running in background, system will restart AirDroid and lost the connection with Airmirror.
Could you reboot and run Airdroid to try Airmirror? if without root just do Non-Root steps again.
Please feedback to support@airdroid.com if there are any problems. BUG: It always asks me to enable External SD Card access even though I have already done so.
