With the Sanitas Mayores App, family members will be able to follow the resident's daily life in the Sanitas Mayores residential center or day center, being in continuous contact with the center's professionals.
What you can do in the Sanitas Mayores App:
Continuous communication
• You will be able to communicate directly with the team that cares for your family member and receive the response in the same application.
• You will see at a glance how your day has been, your diet, hygiene, medication changes and the latest medical reports.
• The center's menus for the coming weeks and your family member's diet will be available.
• You will have the activities in which you are participating and those organized by the center each day.
You will monitor your health
• You will access your family member's entire medical regimen, seeing recent changes highlighted and being able to contact directly the center's medical team to resolve your questions.
• You will have all your family member's medical reports and analyzes in one place and can download them at any time.
• You will be able to follow your loved one's Individualized Care Plan (IAP) and know the actions that each professional at the center is carrying out to improve or maintain their quality of life.
One-click transparency
• You will be able to manage your invoices and receipts by controlling the expenses of the current month.
• Request hairdressing and podiatry services with one click from a single screen.
• You will see the latest news about the center, the events it holds and which all family members can attend.
